Bally’s Corporation Strengthens Commitment to Compliance and Social Responsibility with Key Executive Appointments

A prominent player in the gaming and entertainment sector, Bally’s Corporation, has recently announced key additions to its executive team, highlighting the company’s steadfast dedication to regulatory adherence and worldwide accountability.

Don Westcott, a seasoned executive with an extensive background in financial technology and gaming, joins Bally’s as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer. Westcott brings more than 25 years of experience spearheading compliance endeavors, most notably at Nuvei, a leading payment solutions provider, where he held the position of Global Chief Compliance Officer. His proficiency encompasses developing regulatory compliance strategies and control structures for financial institutions and fintech service providers within the gaming sector, honed during his time at Fortune 500 corporations like Fiserv and First Data. Notably, Westcott’s career originated in the gaming industry, holding leadership roles at well-known organizations such as Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casinos, and Isle of Capri Casinos. His professional journey commenced at Jumers Casino & Hotel, now a member of the Bally’s family.

Joining Westcott is Tammi Barlow, assuming the role of Vice President of Global Responsibility and Social Impact. Barlow contributes over a decade of experience within the gaming industry, specializing in the creation and supervision of responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility programs. Before joining Bally’s, Barlow played a crucial part in shaping and executing Rush Street Interactives’ corporate social responsibility approach, with a specific focus on responsible gaming efforts.

Mrs. Barlow, a prominent individual in the interactive entertainment sector, formerly co-led the Global Gaming Women’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and continues to serve on the committee. Her commitment to ethical gaming is apparent in her present position as Head of the Responsible Gaming Committee for the National Council on Problem Gambling. Furthermore, she is actively engaged with numerous other groups, such as the Massachusetts Gaming and Health Advisory Committee and the African American Gaming Council.
