Bragg Gaming Receives Pennsylvania Approval, Paving the Way for Spin Games Acquisition and US Expansion

Bragg Gaming has been granted permission by Pennsylvania authorities to join the Keystone State’s internet gaming market. This authorization was the last obstacle in Bragg’s purchase of Spin Games, a transaction expected to conclude in the upcoming weeks.

Bragg consented to acquire Spin Games, a Nevada-based online gaming firm, for $30 million last May. Spin Games already possesses licenses in several significant US markets, including New Jersey, Michigan, and Connecticut, in addition to the recently obtained Pennsylvania license. This acquisition represents a crucial step in Bragg’s US expansion plan. With the Pennsylvania approval secured, the deal is set to be finalized later this month, adhering to the schedule Bragg announced last December.

Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, conveyed his excitement regarding the approval and the company’s future endeavors. “We are grateful for the PGCB staff’s thoroughness in evaluating our license application and are delighted to receive authorization to initiate iGaming operations in Pennsylvania,” Spielberg stated. “We eagerly anticipate finalizing the acquisition of Spin and launching our new iGaming offering in the state in the near future.”

He continued by expressing their eagerness to make an immediate impact in the US market upon the acquisition’s completion later this month. They firmly believe that joining forces with Spin Games and their Remote Game Server (RGS) offering will allow them to utilize their exceptional player engagement tactics, data analytics, and platform infrastructure. Coupled with Spin Games’ established US market presence and robust operator partnerships, they are poised to significantly disrupt the industry.
