The ComeOn Group is pleased to unveil a new project focused on mental wellness: the ComeOn Cares initiative. This endeavor stems from a collaboration with the Richmond Foundation, a well-regarded Maltese charitable organization.
ComeOn Cares will encompass numerous activities centered around mental health, a primary area of assistance that the Richmond Foundation offers to the Maltese populace. The foundation’s methodology stresses early involvement and robust support systems to enhance overall wellness.
A central component of ComeOn Cares will be the creation of a comprehensive employee assistance program, accessible across all of ComeOn’s operational zones. This program will be formulated with input from the Richmond Foundation’s mental health specialists. ComeOn’s current “Healthy Mind at Work” program will also be strengthened by the resources provided through ComeOn Cares, further illustrating the company’s dedication to its workforce’s well-being.
In addition to these internal actions, ComeOn Cares will also finance a variety of programs aimed at improving mental health within the wider community. This includes offering mental health first aid instruction to community members.
The introduction of ComeOn Cares underscores the company’s commitment to employee well-being, a vital element of its corporate social responsibility and personnel strategy. Alongside ComeOn Cares, the company has also initiated a new volunteer program, enabling its 550 employees to champion causes they find meaningful.
