FDJ Appoints Dominique Cavalier as Leader of Employee Experience and Transformation

The French national lottery operator, Française des Jeux (FDJ), has declared the selection of Dominique Cavalier as the leader of Employee Experience and Transformation.

Cavalier will be in charge of improving FDJ’s employer brand image and aiding the group’s global expansion.

Cavalier takes the place of Pierre-Marie Arguel, who recently declared his retirement and has departed the company.

Cavalier is a seasoned manager with a career completely focused on human resources and change management. He presently serves as the Human Resources Director for the Eoliance Group.

Before this, he held high-level management roles at DRH Group, Saupiquet, Rhodia, Martinique, and Eilor.

This selection follows FDJ’s collaboration with the LGBT+ group “Another Circle” last week. The group stated this move is part of its dedication to variety and inclusion.

FDJ mentioned it will work with “Another Circle” to continue and fortify its policies on diversity and equal opportunities.

The strategy encompasses aspects such as professional equality, disability, generational, social diversity and origins, sexual orientation and gender identity.
